Job Description:

This role involves providing mobile vehicle repair and maintenance services directly to customers at their locations within Stratford, London. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain light vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. The position offers a supportive work environment, training, and resources from RAC, along with competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services at customer sites.
2. Build strong customer relationships by providing professional advice and service.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
4. Collaborate with RAC's network of technicians and experts for support.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Level 2 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Proven experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic.
• Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

• Salary: £38,625 + £5,000 London Weighting Allowance.
• Overtime and bonus opportunities, with on-target earnings of approximately £52,000.
• 40-hour workweek, with one Saturday every four weeks (weekday off provided).
