Base pay range

Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)

Location: Central London (with occasional travel to 1-2 sites outside Central)

Salary: £45,000 basic + Van & Fuel Card

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services provider who is looking to expand their engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer with a background in either Electrical or Mechanical/Plumbing disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works across a commercial property portfolio
• Diagnosing and resolving building maintenance issues promptly and effectively
• Providing accurate and competitive quotes for remedial work when required
• Ensuring all tasks are carried out in compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical or NVQ Level 2 Mechanical/Plumbing qualification (essential)
• Proven experience in a mobile engineering role within commercial building maintenance
• Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical or electrical systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence (required)
