We are looking for a professional and experienced Testing Electrician to work in a fast-paced environment with high ambitions to join our team.

Due to increased workload, we require several qualified and experienced Testing and Remedial Electricians.

Job Duties

• Good sound electrical knowledge.
• Experience in EICRs in commercial/industrial properties.
• Extensive knowledge of single and three-phase fault finding and first-time fixes.
• 3 Phase DB changes.
• Conduct electrical repairs and minor works.
• Coordinate with the helpdesk for maintenance programs and reporting.
• Work according to recognized industry standards.
• Maintain records and complete paperwork within specified timescales.
• Undertake training, including health and safety courses and professional development.
• Ability to act on own initiative.
• Pass enhanced DBS disclosure.
• Full clean driving license (minor offences/points may be considered).
• Own hand tools required; a company van, tablet, uniform, and test equipment will be provided.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Experience in commercial EICR completion, able to work independently and in teams.
• Ideally ECS JIB registered.
• Qualifications such as C&G 2391, 2394, 2395, EAL 2625, 2382 (18th edition), or equivalent, with willingness to fund further qualifications.
• Additional electrical theory qualifications (C&G 2360, 2330, 2365, NVQ levels, AM2) are preferred.

Extra Information

• Minimal overnight work; hotels are rarely needed.
• Work within approximately 50 miles radius.
• Competence in completing EICRs is essential.
