Transport for Wales is seeking a qualified craftsman to lead and manage a mobile outstation team responsible for Traction and Rolling Stock preparation and repairs in line with Safety and Quality Procedures.
You will allocate resources, motivate staff to hit targets, perform duties of a skilled tradesman when required, and ensure availability and reliability targets are achieved while maintaining high safety standards.
Attending failed trains, ensuring that all safety standards, productivity, availability, and reliability targets are met at all times by the mobile team.
