Fonehouse in Kingsbridge is seeking a Sales and Repairs Executive to join a small in-store team. The role involves outbound calls to promote and sell products and services, plus selling and completing mobile phone repairs.

You will be part of a growing mobile phone solutions company with a strong local presence. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, has a proven sales and customer service background, and can build rapport quickly while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Passionate about tech and mobile handsets.
• Proven history of delivering great customer service.
• Confident with rapport building and listening to customer needs.
• Capable of working toward targets and KPIs.
• Experience in fast-paced sales or outbound sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate gross profit through multi-channel proactive sales activity.
• Promote and sell mobile phone deals, broadband and Sky TV.
• Sell and complete mobile phone repairs with full training provided.
• Maintain brand ethos and provide first-class customer service.
• Ensure compliance standards are met and stay up to date with products and promotions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and offer solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Keep the store welcoming and visually appealing.
