Job summary

Fonehouse in Kingsbridge is seeking a Sales and Repairs Executive to join a small in-store team. The role is full-time and permanent, focusing on promoting products and services, handling repairs, and delivering excellent customer service in-store.

You will work five days a week, Monday to Saturday, 8:45 am to 5:45 pm, with a salary starting at £22,568 for younger staff or £26,500 for over 21, plus commission based on targets.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with passion for mobile tech.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Able to work five days a week (Mon-Sat) 8:45 am - 5:45 pm.
• Comfortable with promoting products and services to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate gross profit for the store through multi-channel proactive sales activity (outbound calls to existing customers).
• Diagnose and fix faults on phones and tablets; replace parts and test as needed.
• Promote and sell mobile phone deals, broadband and Sky TV, and services.
• Provide first-class service and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Participate in training and stay up to date with products and promotions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and build lasting relationships.
• Aim to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain an inviting store appearance and welcome prospective customers.
