Fonehouse in Totnes is seeking a Sales and Repairs Executive to join a small, dedicated in-store team. You will drive sales across products and services, promote repairs, and deliver outstanding customer service on a 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Experience achieving sales targets

Responsibilities

• Generate gross profit through multi-channel proactive sales activity.
• Promote and sell mobile phone deals, broadband, Sky TV and related services.
• Sell and complete mobile phone repairs (training provided).
• Maintain first-class customer service and ensure a welcoming store environment.
• Ensure compliance standards are met and participate in training.
• Engage customers with genuine conversations to identify needs and opportunities.
• Hit daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Keep the store presentable and approachable for customers.
