Job summary

Guardian Jobs in Kingsbridge is seeking a Sales and Repairs Executive to join a small in-store team. The role involves selling mobile phone deals, broadband and Sky TV, plus mobile repairs with full training.

Working five days a week, Monday to Saturday, 8:45 am–5:45 pm, with commission opportunities based on targets. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, customer‑focused, and capable of building quick rapport while meeting KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for tech and mobile devices.
• Strong customer service history across a variety of customers.
• Confident in building rapport and understanding customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of working solo or in a team to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate gross profit through multi-channel sales activity, including outbound calls to customers.
• Diagnose and repair phones and tablets, replacing parts as needed.
• Promote the brand and services, delivering first-class service to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and maintain store appearance.
