We are hiring Mobile Support Officers (MSOs) for a critical assignment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain first-hand experience working in public safety and security.

Requirements:
You must have your own vehicle with business insurance (mileage can be claimed).
Flexibility in driving, with no more than 9 points on your license.
DBS clearance.
No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided!

Your Role:
As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will:
- Collaborate with the electronic monitoring tagging team during daily operations.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of electronic monitoring devices.
- Provide exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.
Build valuable communication and problem-solving skills while contributing to public safety.

What You'll Bring:

Assignment Details:
- Working Pattern: Up to 37.5 hours per week.
- Shifts: Coverage is required 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Most shifts run from 4 pm to 2 am (7.5-hour shifts). Shifts are issued based on business needs.
- Training: 1-day online training and induction provided.
- Rates: £12.21 per hour
- Overtime rates also available (weekend overtime rate applied after 37.5 hours) and expenses covered.
