The role focuses on cosmetic damage repairs, using state-of-the-art equipment in a fully equipped company van, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle SMART Repair Technician or Alloy Wheel Repair Technician.
• UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Proactive, organised and self-motivated with a professional attitude.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach in liaising with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct minor cosmetic repairs such as bumper scuffs and chipped alloys focusing on first-time fixes.
• Visit dealership sites across Oxfordshire in a fully equipped company van.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the brand.
• Use quality company-provided products and tools, with allowance for your own basic toolkit.
• Work independently, manage your schedule and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and communicate with team and clients.

Duties as a Mobile SMART / Alloy Wheel Repairer

• Conduct minor cosmetic repairs such as bumper scuffs, chipped alloy wheels, and other cosmetic damages efficiently, with a focus on a first-time fix to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Visit dealership sites across Oxfordshire and the surrounding regions in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art company van
• Provide excellent customer service, representing our client’s brand and values at all times
• Use quality products and tools supplied by the company, with the ability to utilise your own basic toolkit for repairs
• Work independently, managing your schedule and prioritising tasks effectively
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vehicle SMART Repair Technician, Alloy Wheel Repair Technician, or relevant transferable automotive accident repair experience
• Skills in vehicle re-spraying, prepping, or other cosmetic repair techniques
• A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Proactive, organised, and self-motivated with a professional attitude
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach in liaising with clients and customers
