Role Description
This is a full-time, mobile role located in the West Midlands for a Mobile Alloy Wheel Repair Technician. The role involves repairing and refurbishing alloy wheels to a high professional standard, maintaining and servicing equipment, troubleshooting issues on-site, and delivering outstanding customer service. The technician will work independently and must ensure timely and effective job completion while adhering to the company's quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance, with the ability to handle tools and machinery effectively
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building positive client relationships
- Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites within the West Midlands
- Previous experience in automotive repair or alloy wheel refurbishment is highly desirable
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
About the Role
- Be proficient and accurate with the ability to work within time constraints and deadlines
- Working with all types of customers, from General Managers to Service and Sales Managers
- Provided with a fully equipped van to enable you to complete all repairs to the highest standard

Candidates MUST HAVE previous experiencing working as an Alloy Wheel Repairer and have a CLEAN driving license.
- Uniform and equipment are supplied.
- Working hours:
- Monday – Friday 08:00am to 17:30pm Occasional Saturdays (08:00am to 12:00pm) may be required with prior notice given.
