Job summary

An experienced Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Engineer is sought to join a well-established provider of transport refrigeration equipment as a Mobile Service Engineer, covering customer sites across the UK.

You will carry out preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs, installations, and commissioning on vehicle-powered refrigeration systems, with on-call duties including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• F Gas 2079 and refrigerant handling qualifications are desirable.
• Experience with electrical systems, including three-phase power.
• Mechanical experience with engines, compressors and hydraulics.
• Refrigeration fault finding and diagnostics experience desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair transport refrigeration systems.

• Maintain accurate job records and paperwork using PDA systems.

Are you an experienced Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Engineer or mechanic with experience working on commercial refrigeration, vehicle systems, or transport refrigeration equipment?

Our client is a well-established provider of transport refrigeration equipment is looking for an experienced Mobile Service Engineer to join their team.

This is a hands on role suited to an engineer who enjoys working independently, visiting customer sites, and keeping equipment operating reliably. You will work on a range of vehicle powered refrigeration systems, carrying out preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs, installations and commissioning, while ensuring customers receive a professional and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities:
