Superior Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for East Kent, covering Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury and nearby areas. The role offers night shifts and a mobile schedule requiring travel between locations with an emphasis on one-to-one, high-quality care.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with PEG feeding, gastrostomy care, tracheostomy care and ventilation support, plus a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months UK care experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to work towards a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent if not held.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience with PEG feeding, gastrostomy care, tracheostomy and ventilation care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred complex care.
• Support care plans and routines with clinical guidance.
• Travel between Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury and surrounding areas to provide overnight support.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate clearly with colleagues and families.
• Model professional care and support junior staff.
