Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a 14-year-old boy in Whitstable with long-term clinical needs. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care, maintaining safety and comfort, and coordinating with family and clinicians.

Shifts available nights, 9pm–7am, with a focus on tracheostomy care, PEG feeding and medication administration. UK-based applicants only; driving licence is preferred, and vaccination and training support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
• Valid UK driving license and access to a car for work.
• Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
• Full UK right to work.
• Experience working with paediatrics.

Responsibilities

• To support clients with personal care and administer medication.
• To provide complex care interventions such as suctioning, PEG and JEJ feeding.
• To support clients with moving and handling.
