Superior Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant to provide one-to-one, person-centred care for a client in Shoeburyness. The role covers support at home and in the community, with a focus on manual handling, medication administration and complex care needs.

You will work night shifts (20:00–08:00) and must hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. Prior experience with tracheostomy, catheter care, nebulisers or spinal cord injuries is essential, and ongoing clinical

Qualificações

• Tracheostomy experience is essential.
• Catheter care and nebuliser support experience preferred.
• Experience with spinal cord injuries beneficial.
• Strong manual handling skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, person-centred complex care.
• Follow the individual care plan and clinical guidance.
• Provide personal care and support daily activities.
• Support trained clinical interventions when assessed as competent.
• Promote independence, dignity and personal choice.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with the care team.
• Build a trusting relationship with the person supported.
