As a Senior Care Assistant with Superior Healthcare, you'll remain closely involved in delivering care while acting as a positive example for other team members. You'll understand the individual care plans, routines and clinical guidance in detail and help support consistency across our packages. This is a mobile role, requiring travel across South Kent, providing essential support where it is needed most.
Working independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care is delivered to every client.
