OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Area Relief Officer to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment across court and tribunal sites. This mobile, multi-site role involves overseeing access control, monitoring activity and responding to incidents, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00–19:00 shifts within a defined radius of Caernarfon.

You will operate security equipment including CCTV, X-ray machines and handheld detectors, conduct searches, and report incidents while maintaining

Qualifikationen

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance may be required.
• Valid SIA licence is essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

• Manage access to multiple sites within a defined area.
• Provide a welcoming, professional, customer‑focused service to court users.
• Control building access and follow security procedures at all times.
• Operate security equipment (CCTV, screening machinery, detectors).
• Conduct searches per site procedures and report incidents promptly.
• Patrol public and restricted areas and liaise with control points.
• Respond to alarms, incidents and security concerns efficiently.
