Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a Chef on a part-time basis contracted to 32.5 hours per week for 43.8 weeks per year. You will prepare and serve high-quality food, help implement menu changes, and drive enhancements in our food services across education settings.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and a Food Hygiene certificate, with experience supervising a team and delivering outstanding customer service. Flexibility is essential.

• Experience supervising a team.
• Experience in a similar Chef role.
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Oversee menu changes and new concepts.
• Identify opportunities to improve food services.
• Listen to customer feedback and drive improvements.
• Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventory to keep kitchens stocked.
• Oversee kitchen cleanliness and hygiene compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Food Handling and safety regulations.
