Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an ambitious Chef for Chartwells on a full-time basis contracted to 38.6 weeks per year. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality food across a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern, within a leading UK food service company.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, a Food Hygiene certificate, and proven experience supervising a team in a similar chef role. Flexibility is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and menus.
• Listen to customer feedback and act on it.
• Support creation of new menus and concepts.
• Maintain brand image for Chartwells.
• Monitor inventories and kitchen hygiene.
