Mitie is seeking a proactive Security Team Leader to head Mobile Response Officers at the BBC W1 Campus. You will respond to all incidents, follow escalation procedures, and ensure a high standard of presentation and conduct.

The role requires strong leadership, incident management, and liaison with police and management to support continuous security operations. You will oversee rosters, briefings, and mandatory training, while maintaining compliance with AI's and site instructions.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence holder with valid front-line security credentials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a Team Leader or supervisor role.
• Good IT skills and proficiency in standard office software.
• Proven ability to write clear incident and activity reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead Mobile Response Officers to incidents on BBC W1 Campus per AI's and instructions.
• Attend emergencies, ensuring safety and order across perimeters.
• Manage staff rota and attendance, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Conduct briefings and maintain high standards of dress code and conduct.
• Act as Incident Commander when required and liaise with police and management.
• Prepare VIP reconnaissance and regular incident reports for management.
