Job summary

ISS is seeking a Mobile Response Cleaner to support cleaning operations across sites in the Northumberland region. This mobile role requires flexibility to work across multiple locations and respond to changing operational priorities, under the direction of the Sector Manager.

You will help deliver high cleaning standards, maintain stock and site storerooms, follow security procedures, and ensure time and attendance procedures are followed during site visits.

• Deliver recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio of sites.
• Carry out all aspects of cleaning operational delivery within sites in your remit.
• Respond to requests and operational priorities set by the Sector Manager.
• Complete periodic cleaning activities in line with client specifications and schedules.
• Adhere to all client security procedures, policies, and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain site standards, including stock control and the organisation of cleaning storerooms.
• Record site visits accurately and ensure all required time and attendance procedures are followed.

Working as part of the KAN sector, you will play a key role in delivering high standards of cleaning services and ensuring client service level agreements are consistently achieved., We are seeking a reliable and adaptable individual who can respond to changing operational requirements and work across a variety of locations. This is a mobile role where daily and weekly assignments will be allocated by the Sector Manager, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service delivery.
