Job summary

ISS Facility Services is seeking a Mobile Response Cleaner to support cleaning operations across sites within the Hull and York region. You will respond to changing operational requirements, delivering high standards of cleaning in line with client expectations.

The role requires flexibility, excellent communication, and a full UK driving licence as travel is required within the role. Training and PPE are provided to support performance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio of sites.
• Carry out all aspects of cleaning operational delivery within sites in your remit.
• Respond to requests and operational priorities set by the Sector Manager.
• Complete periodic cleaning activities in line with client specifications and schedules.
• Adhere to all client security procedures, policies, and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain site standards, including stock control and the organisation of cleaning storerooms.
• Record site visits accurately and ensure all required time and attendance procedures are followed.
• Build positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service.

Working as part of the KAN sector, you will play a key role in delivering high standards of cleaning services and ensuring client service level agreements are consistently achieved. Daily and weekly assignments will be allocated by the Sector Manager, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service delivery.,
