Job summary

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a Mobile Response Cleaner to support cleaning operations across a portfolio of sites in the Northumberland region. This is a mobile, field-based role that requires flexibility to work across locations and respond to changing priorities.

You will deliver cleaning services to meet client specifications, maintain high standards, and collaborate with Sector Manager and site teams to ensure consistent service levels.

Qualifications

• Reliable and adaptable individual who can respond to changing operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio of sites.
• Carry out all aspects of cleaning operational delivery within sites in your remit.
• Respond to requests and operational priorities set by the Sector Manager.
• Complete periodic cleaning activities in line with client specifications and schedules.
• Adhere to all client security procedures, policies, and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain site standards, including stock control and organisation of cleaning storerooms.
• Record site visits accurately and ensure time and attendance procedures are followed.
• Build positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service.
