Job summary

ISS is seeking a Mobile Response Cleaner to support cleaning operations across a portfolio of sites within the Cumbria & Carlisle region. This mobile role requires flexibility to work across various locations and deliver high cleaning standards in line with client SLAs.

As part of the KAN sector, you will respond to changing operational requirements, receiving daily and weekly assignments from the Sector Manager, with a focus on reliability and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires flexible schedule to cover mobile portfolio of sites across Cumbria & Carlisle.
• Ability to respond to changing operational requirements and priorities.
• Reliable, customer-focused cleaner with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio of sites.
• Carry out all aspects of cleaning operational delivery within sites in your remit.
• Respond to requests and operational priorities set by the Sector Manager.
• Complete periodic cleaning activities in line with client specifications and schedules.
• Adhere to all client security procedures, policies, and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain site standards, including stock control and the organisation of cleaning storerooms.
• Record site visits accurately and ensure all required time and attendance procedures are followed.
