Job summary

ISS Facilities Services in Wirral is seeking a Mobile Response Cleaner to support cleaning operations across a portfolio of sites within Wirral and Southport. This field-based role requires flexibility, attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service delivery.

The position is full-time and permanent, with 40 hours per week, reporting to the Sector Manager. You will respond to changing priorities and work across multiple locations while maintaining high standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Deliver recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio of sites.
• Carry out all aspects of cleaning operational delivery within sites in your remit.
• Respond to requests and operational priorities set by the Sector Manager.
• Complete periodic cleaning activities in line with client specifications and schedules.
• Adhere to all client security procedures, policies, and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain site standards, including stock control and the organisation of cleaning storerooms.
• Record site visits accurately and ensure all required time and attendance procedures are followed.
• Build positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service.
