Purpose of Role

We are looking for a Mobile Repair Electrical Technician to join our maintenance team on our Local Authority contract in Lincoln.

Job Description

This role involves regional travel to our clients' sites, including offices, primary schools, and fire stations.

Responsibilities

1. Undertake electrical and building maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building systems and infrastructure such as power, 3-Phase, distribution, lighting/emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs, and alarms.
2. Perform minor installation work and engage with stakeholders by providing fault diagnostics when necessary.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

• Proven reactive maintenance experience
• Experience working in commercial environments (offices)
• 18th Edition certification
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation + ECS Card
• City & Guilds Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) – useful but not mandatory
• Capable electrical installation experience
