Pentagon Motor Group Scunthorpe is seeking a qualified Mobile Technician to join our esteemed Ford team!

Responsibilities
  • Managing your schedule and revenue responsibilities
  • Traveling to customer premises to assist with repairs
  • Recognizing and reporting vehicle defects or potential failures
  • Examining vehicles and reporting on their condition, safety, and performance
  • Protecting vehicles under repair from damage
  • Attending recognized training courses and assisting in apprentice training
  • Seeking permission before fitting non-authorized parts and returning parts for warranty and inspection
  • Completing all relevant documentation accurately and thoroughly

This role involves travel to areas such as Grimsby and Hull, with paid travel time. The working days are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:50 pm.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum Level 2 City and Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair
  • Experience with diagnostics and computer use
  • A full UK driving license
  • A positive, 'right first time' attitude
  • Strong team player mentality
  • High standards of work
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop
