Qualifications

• Proven experience in building maintenance and HVAC systems.
• Recognised qualifications in Air Conditioning and F-GAS certification.

Purpose of Role

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Mon - Fri 7.30am – 4.30pm
Location: Crawley + surrounding area

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team working on our retail contract in Crawley.

Responsibilities

1. Undertake HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems.
2. Rectify hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems.
3. Complete mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves, etc.
4. Carry out minor installation work.
5. Engage with stakeholders providing fault diagnostics where necessary.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

• Proven building maintenance experience.
• Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
• F-GAS 2079 CAT1.
• Ability to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs.
• Ability to work with and control the CAFM system via iPad.
