Job summary

Servicemaster Clean is hiring a reliable Mobile Relief Cleaner to cover client sites throughout South Wales, mainly Cardiff and Newport, with travel to other sites as needed. Split shifts include early mornings and evenings, offering variety and site exposure across the region.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, reliability, and good communication. Training, uniform, and mileage payments apply; vehicle provision is available when required.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Reliable, flexible and customer-focused approach required.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Based in Cardiff/Newport with travel across South Wales.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning cover across multiple client sites as required.
• Deliver high cleaning standards in line with company and client expectations.
• Support new contract start-ups and cover staff absences or holidays.
• Follow all cleaning schedules, site procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Work early morning and evening split shifts with flexibility across sites.
• Flexibility to travel between sites across the region.
• Demonstrate reliability, timekeeping and attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional, courteous and customer-focused attitude.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Mobile Relief Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. This is a hands-on role providing cover across a range of client sites throughout South Wales. Primarily based in Cardiff in Newport, however may include occasionally travelling to our other sites across South Wales. The position offers excellent variety, with split shifts across early mornings and evenings and the opportunity to represent a leading cleaning company known for quality and reliability.

• Provide cleaning cover across multiple client sites as required
• Deliver high cleaning standards in line with company and client expectations
• Support new contract start-ups and cover staff absences or holidays
• Follow all cleaning schedules, site procedures and health and safety requirements
• Work early morning and evening split shifts with flexibility depending on site needs
• Previous cleaning experience preferred (training will be provided)
• Full, clean UK driving licence - essential
• Flexibility to travel between sites across the region
• Excellent reliability, timekeeping and attention to detail
• Professional, courteous and customer-focused attitude
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
