Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across the Bridgend / Talbot Green region, including surrounding areas.

The role is hands-on and mobile, requiring previous managerial or supervisory experience within facilities management or cleaning, with a 5:00am–11:00am shift and immediate start. Travel between sites is required, with fuel expenses reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial or supervisory experience within facilities management is essential.
• Experience managing cleaning teams is highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the mobile nature of the role.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• Traveling between sites within the Bridgend / Talbot Green region.
• Allocating duties and ensuring adequate staffing and site coverage.
• Monitoring cleaning standards and completing site checks.
• Managing staff attendance, performance and productivity.
• Providing hands-on cleaning support when required.
• Ensuring cleaning equipment, materials and stock are available.
• Maintaining health and safety standards.
• Reporting and resolving any site issues.
• Liaising with clients and on-site management.
• Ensuring all sites operate efficiently and to the required standards.

Travel & Fuel Expenses

As this is a mobile position,travelling time betweensites will be paid at your normal hourly rate. Fuel costs will also be reimbursed upon submission of fuel receipts.
