Position Overview:

As the Mobile Refrigeration Engineer, you will attend maintenance and breakdown jobs, aiming for ‘first fix’ on customer sites, ensuring high customer care and satisfaction. You will also take preventative measures on refrigeration and bodywork to achieve zero breakdowns.

The Refrigeration and Fluid Chiller Engineer will be responsible for:

• Responding promptly and professionally to breakdown calls.
• Surveying sites where products are to be fitted.
• Clarifying details with the Service Controller or Support Engineer before departure, ensuring parts are adequate for the remedial work.
• Attending client sites for product deliveries, providing operational instructions and safety guidance.
• Finding and fixing faults, then conducting quality checks to ensure systems operate safely and properly.

Requirements for the successful Refrigeration and Fluid Engineer:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Qualified refrigeration engineer with certificates such as:
• - Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• - Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems
• - Diploma in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pump Systems
