Portico is expanding its mobile Receptionist team to support a major client across West London, Central London and the Regions. We seek an empowered, organised Welcome Host who can greet guests, manage inquiries and provide impeccable service.

The role is a 0-hour contract with shifts from Monday to Friday. A valid SIA licence is highly desirable, and a strong can-do attitude with a friendly smile is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across in-person, phone, and email.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to adapt across multiple reception desks and shift patterns.

Portico are adding to our mobile team of Receptionists who help to satisfy Portico's daily staffing needs across the portfolio of one of our largest clients. We are on the lookout for an empowered, organised, and flexible Mobile Receptionist (Welcome Host) for the team.

Location: West London, Central London and the Regions

Shift pattern: 0 Hour contract with shifts available from Monday - Friday,

Salary: £13.80 per hour

The ideal candidate must have a "can do" attitude and a big, friendly smile. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in person, over the phone and via email.

Adaptability and flexibility are essential as you will need to perform a plethora of duties across multiple ground floor reception desks. Your ability to engage with people on all levels to build rapport and empathy is a must have skill.

High end customer service experience is essential, preferably within a hotel, airlines, retail, or corporate environment.

A valid SIA licence is highly desirable.
