Portico is expanding its mobile team of Receptionists to support staffing needs across various locations in Birmingham for one of our newest clients. We are seeking an empowered, organized, and flexible Receptionist for our team.

Shifts: Mon – Fri - 8am-5pm, 8am-6pm, 9am-6pm, 7am-7pm

Location: Mobile – flexibility required to travel to various locations in Birmingham

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a "can do" attitude and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Excellent communication skills are essential, including in person, over the phone, and via email.

Adaptability and flexibility are crucial as duties will vary across residential, corporate, and hospitality environments. The ability to engage with people at all levels to build rapport and empathy is a must.

High-end customer service experience is essential, preferably within a hotel or corporate setting.
