Band 3 Receptionist/Switchboard Operator - Northcroft

An exciting opportunity has arisen to assist in providing a high-quality reception service at Northcroft. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. The role involves liaising professionally with visitors, patients, and staff across various teams.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing reception, switchboard, and administrative duties.
  2. Being the first point of contact for the public, visitors, and service users for various community and clinical teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception role.
  • Level 2 administration/customer care qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience within the NHS and dealing with the public is advantageous.

Working Pattern:

Week 1: Saturday 15:00 - 22:00

Week 2: Sunday 07:30 - 15:00
