Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mobile Powered Access Engineer to service and repair a wide range of powered access equipment across customer sites in the UK. The role involves routine maintenance, repairs, PDI and LOLER inspections, with travel to client sites.

The ideal candidate will have powered access industry experience, a full UK driving licence and IPAF/CAP licences. A competitive salary (£50,000–£60,000) plus a company van and fuel card are offered, with genuine progression

• IPAF and CAP licences are essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair powered access equipment.

About the Role - Mobile Powered Access Engineer

As a Mobile Powered Access Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing a wide range of powered access equipment while supporting customers across various sites.

Your duties will include:

• Routine maintenance, servicing and repair of powered access equipment
• Carrying out repairs to ensure hire equipment is safe, reliable and fit for purpose
• PDI inspections on machinery
• Conducting LOLER inspections
• Travelling to customer sites to diagnose and repair breakdowns

What You'll Need to Succeed as a Mobile Powered Access Engineer

• Previous experience within the Powered Access industry
• Strong service mindset and attention to detail
• Friendly, approachable and able to work as part of a team
• IPAF & CAP licence (essential)
• NVQ qualification or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience as a Mobile Powered Access Engineer is highly beneficial
