Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer to deliver planned and reactive FM maintenance across commercial sites in the UK.

The role requires experience in commercial maintenance or facilities management, with Plumbing/Heating qualifications and knowledge of gas, drainage and heating systems. You will work on site, ensuring safety and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Qualified in Plumbing/Heating (C&G Level 2, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing, drainage, heating and gas systems.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of commercial gas, heating, plumbing and drainage installations.
• Undertake pipework inspections, modifications and repairs to keep systems safe and efficient.
• Respond to client enquiries, provide technical advice and report defects found during service visits.
• Complete all service documentation accurately and on time (reports, records, remedial works).
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices while delivering high customer service.
