Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a skilled plasterer for a mobile role covering the Bournemouth area within social housing maintenance. You will undertake internal plastering repairs, damp and mould remediation, and work in occupied homes while managing stock and materials.

A driving licence and asbestos awareness are required, with own tools preferred and strong customer service to tenants. Ideal candidates have NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent time-served experience and will join a dedicated

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or time-served experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence to operate company van.
• Asbestos awareness.
• Experience in social housing or reactive maintenance.
• Own tools preferred.
• Excellent customer service when dealing with tenants.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out internal plastering repairs including skimming, patching and full wall/ceiling finishes.
• Conducting damp and mould remedial works where required.
• Working in occupied homes and maintaining high standards of work.
• Managing stock and materials using supplied van and fuel card.
• Using PDA or mobile device to update job status in real-time.
