Job summary

Howells Recruitment is sourcing a Plasterer / Multi-Trader for a mobile role across Barnet and surrounding North West and West London areas. You will join a reactive maintenance team in social housing properties and travel between properties daily, delivering plastering and general maintenance to a high standard.

The position offers a £50,000 annual salary plus company van and a fuel card, with permanent, full-time employment and a requirement to work one Saturday or Sunday per month paid at the

Qualifications

• Proven plastering experience in reactive maintenance or social housing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage workload and complete jobs to timescales.
• Comfortable working in residents' homes and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering and reactive maintenance in occupied properties.
• Perform patch plastering, skimming, and making good repairs.
• Repair damaged walls/ceilings and fill cracks; prep surfaces for plastering.
• Undertake minor rendering and external making-good works as needed.
• Carry out general multi-trade tasks (carpentry, tiling, painting).
• Diagnose faults and select appropriate repair solutions.
• Deliver high-quality work and keep properties clean and tidy.
