Job summary

Regen Solutions is seeking an experienced Plasterer Multi to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector across Westminster. The role mainly involves reactive repairs in occupied/void properties with a direct PAYE arrangement.

Main duties include plastering, basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and tiling, using full tools, and holding a UK driving licence. Westminster area, van and fuel card provided.

Qualifications

• You must hold a City and Guilds or NVQ in plastering.
• Social Housing experience is advantageous for this role.
• A UK driving licence is essential for this Plasterer/Multi Trader position.

Responsibilities

• Multi Trader duties including plastering, carpentry, plumbing, painting and tiling as required.
• Carry out maintenance and reactive repairs in Social Housing properties (occupied and void).
• Work in Westminster area with day-to-day scheduling and quality workmanship.

£40,000 - £42,500 per year, van and fuel card supplied

The Role:

Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer Multi to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Westminster area.

This is a direct PAYE position with the company.
