Job summary

Lancashire Renewables Ltd is recruiting a Mobile Plant Relief Operative for our Thornton site on a 37.5 hour week. You will operate mobile plant safely, support processing operations, and work with weighbridge, logistics and maintenance teams to keep the site running smoothly.

We expect hands-on experience with Wheeled Loading Shovel and a Tele-truck/Forklift, plus NPORS certification or equivalent. Training is provided where needed, and a strong focus on health and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Wheeled Loading Shovel and Tele-truck/Forklift.
• NPORS qualification or equivalent preferred; training possible.
• Knowledge of mobile plant inspections and daily safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile plant equipment safely across site.
• Support mobile plant team and general processing activities.
• Coordinate with weighbridge, logistics, maintenance and site staff.
• Complete routine paperwork and attend safety briefings.
