Job summary

Veolia is seeking an on-site Mobile Plant Operator at Maresfield Waste Transfer Station, East Sussex. You will work average 45 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, 7am-4.30pm, with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Previous operational/manual handling experience.
• Experience operating Mobile Plant: Teletruck, Loading Shovel, Wheeled Materials Handler - Training can be provided.
• Good IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Mobile Plant on site and perform daily checks per manufacturer's guidelines.
• Load materials in and out of the site.
• Provide weighbridge cover when needed.
• Work at other sites within the South Downs contract area if required.
• Site housekeeping and traffic control.
