Job summary

EMR is seeking a Plant Operative to operate plant machinery and maintain equipment on site in Scotland. The role focuses on practical, hands-on work with opportunities to learn on the job, contribute to safe and efficient production, and support a collaborative team environment.

We value enthusiasm and teamwork and offer training to develop your skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with career progression in a global leader in sustainable materials.

The purpose of this role is to operate the Plant machinery and equipment to maintain and improve performance.

What You Will Be Doing

Our plant operative role has a variety of responsibilities to keep you busy throughout the day. Whether operating plant, maintaining machinery, processing and transporting various materials on site, assisting your colleagues and manager.

About you

We don't believe in shutting doors on potential, so we don't ask for qualifications or experience. We can teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is:
