Job summary

What You Will Be Doing

Our plant operative role has a variety of responsibilities to keep you busy throughout the day. Whether operating plant, maintaining machinery, processing and transporting various materials on site, assisting your colleagues and manager.

About you

We can teach you everything you need to know. What we can’t teach is: Enthusiasm, Teamwork, Smiling through all weather conditions, getting stuck in and hands on. If you have these qualities, you’re already well on your way to being an incredible Plant Operative. We’ll happily fill in the gaps by developing your knowledge, skills and expertise on the job. And we won’t stop training you once you’ve reached peak Operative status, because when you work for a global leader in sustainable materials, there is no limit to your career progression.
