Job summary

Holt Recruitment are partnering with a well-established plant business to recruit a Mobile Plant Fitter. You will service, maintain and repair a range of advanced plant machinery, supporting customers across the region both on-site and in the field.

This role offers a competitive salary (£45,000-£55,000), overtime, a fully equipped van, fuel card, phone and laptop, plus manufacturer training and clear progression within a main dealer environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working on plant or similar equipment.
• Strong fault-finding across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) ideally.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and represent the business professionally.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing plant machinery
• Attending breakdowns and scheduled maintenance on customer sites
• Carrying out routine servicing and compliance inspections
• Providing a high level of technical support and customer service

The Role

As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of advanced plant machinery, supporting customers across the region both on-site and in the field.
