Job summary

NEOS Engineering is seeking a Mobile Plant Engineer in Gloucester to service, repair and maintain construction equipment. The role involves on-site and workshop work, fault finding, and ensuring safety standards are met.

A full UK driving licence is required, with overtime opportunities and training provided. You will work with a team on a range of plant equipment, including excavators, dumpers, telehandlers and loaders.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and maintaining mobile plant and construction equipment.
• Strong fault-finding skills on mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work independently and on-site with a safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing plant and construction equipment.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Attending customer sites to carry out repairs and servicing.
• Preparing machinery for hire/return and ensuring safety.
