Job summary

Northern Security Ltd in Carlisle is seeking a full-time Mobile Security Officer to cover Carlisle and surrounding areas. You will visit client premises to monitor locks, conduct patrols and respond to alarms, with a company vehicle provided.

The role is hourly at £14.00, with an average of 41 hours per week and overtime available. Applicants must be over 25, hold a valid UK driving licence for at least 2 years, and an SIA licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA licence.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years.
• Over 25 years old.
• Available for day, night and weekend shifts.

• Deter crime, theft and antisocial behaviour.

You will be working within Carlisle and the surrounding areas, where you will be visiting our clients premises to complete various tasks such as Locks, unlocks, patrols or responding to alarms.

A company vehicle is provided for carrying out your duties. (Candidates must be over the age of 25, and a full UK driving licence held for a minimum 2 years and an SIA licence is essential for this role).

Job Description

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Providing an onsite professional security presence
• Providing a deterrent to criminal activity, theft and antisocial behaviour
• Provide protection for customers, property and staff
• Internal and external site patrols
• Open up and lock ups on site
• Attending to alarm activations

Applicants Must Be:

• Vigilant for anything out of the ordinary
• Punctual & reliable
• Be flexible for work shifts
• Be able to provide 5 year checkable history to complete BS7858 vetting and screening
