Job summary

Regen Solution is seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator Multi Trader to carry out reactive and planned maintenance in social housing across Westminster. The role includes painting, surface prep, damp treatment, basic plastering, carpentry and plumbing tasks, with a company van and fuel card supplied.

This is a permanent position with immediate start for suitable candidates. Experience in social housing is advantageous; a full set of tools and a UK driving licence are essential for daily site

Responsibilities

• Painting & decorating inside and outside properties.
• Prepare surfaces, fill and sand prior to painting.
• Damp and mould treatment where found.
• Basic plastering and carpentry repairs as needed.
• Basic plumbing repairs and silicone/sealant work.
• Splashback tiling and general maintenance tasks.
• Make good and ensure areas are left in good condition.

Painter Decorator Multi Trader
£38,000 - £40,000 per year, company van and fuel card supplied

Area of work: Westminster

Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator Multi Trader to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day-to-day reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties across the East London area.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position, with a van and fuel card provided immediately.

Main duties include:

• Painting & decorating
• Preparing surfaces, filling and sanding
• Internal and external painting
• Damp and mould treatment
• Basic plastering
• Basic carpentry repairs
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Silicone and sealant works
• Splashback tiling
• General maintenance and making good

Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence are essential for this Painter Decorator Multi Trader role.
