Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across multiple commercial sites.
• Complete reactive maintenance and fault finding.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance within your skill set.
• Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Diagnose faults and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Complete general building services and facilities maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and job sheets.
• Liaise with clients and site contacts.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Travel between sites across North London and Essex.

Mobile Multiskilled Engineer

Location: North London / Essex

Salary: £43,000 - £44,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to join an established facilities management team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across North London and Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer / Mobile Engineer / Electrical Engineer with a strong facilities management background who enjoys working across multiple sites.

The Role

Working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of approximately 30 sites, shared between two mobile engineers.

You will primarily cover North London and Essex, with the wider engineering team providing coverage across South London.

A company van and fuel card are provided, making this an ideal opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a mobile role and variety from day to day.

There is currently no call-out requirement, although this may be introduced in the future.

Key Responsibilities
