Try Temps Limited is recruiting a Multi-Trader / Property Maintenance Engineer to join our maintenance team across domestic and commercial properties in the Midlands, Herts and Greater London. This hands-on role covers reactive and planned maintenance with a wide range of skill areas.

You’ll need 2+ years’ PAYE experience in a similar role, proven multi-trade capability, a full UK driving licence and your own tools. We offer a van, fuel card, tablet, uniform, and an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' recent full-time PAYE experience in a similar role.
• Proven property maintenance / multi-trade experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Your own tools.
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs properly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across domestic and commercial properties.
• Perform carpentry and joinery tasks and related works.
• Install and maintain doors and fire doors, kitchens and bathrooms.
• Plastering, tiling, painting and decorating as required.
• Brickwork, render and repointing; gutters, fascias and fencing.
• Complete jobs to a high standard with minimal supervision.
