Job summary

LiveWest Homes Ltd is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Technician for our Internal Maintenance Service (IMS). You’ll cover LiveWest properties in the South West, carrying out carpentry, plumbing, masonry and tiling to high standards.

Diagnose faults, deliver first-time fixes where possible, and use mobile tech to manage job orders. A recognised apprenticeship in a core trade and a full UK driving licence are essential for this full-time, 40-hour-per-week role.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in a core trade.
• Post-qualification experience and ability to diagnose and repair basic building faults.
• Proficiency in using mobile devices for job management.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality fault fixing and maintenance across multiple sites.
• Diagnose and repair basic building faults in line with standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies, including fleet safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as LiveWest ambassador in customers' homes.
• Work towards first-time fixes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Use mobile technology to manage job orders and updates.
• Carry out work across carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and tiling.
• Support delivery of responsive repairs across LiveWest properties.
